Services and proposals

Techsiri provides website design, development, hosting support, maintenance, SEO guidance and related digital services. Project scope, delivery dates, fees and payment schedules are agreed in writing before work begins. Techsiri does not guarantee specific search rankings, revenue or third-party platform results.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate content, approvals, access credentials and rights to assets supplied for a project. Delays in materials or approvals can affect delivery dates.

Fees and ownership

Fees and payment milestones are defined in the applicable written proposal or invoice. Ownership of paid-for deliverables transfers as agreed in writing. Techsiri may showcase completed work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

Third-party services

Domains, hosting, analytics, AI tools, payment providers and social platforms are operated by third parties. Their availability, fees, terms and policies are outside Techsiri’s control.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techsiri is not liable for indirect or consequential losses including loss of data, revenue, rankings or business opportunity.
